Elmo can generate comprehensive AI visibility reports that summarize your brand's performance across all tracked prompts and AI models.
Generating a Report
Reports are accessible from the sidebar under the Reports section (available to admin users). To generate a report:
- Navigate to Reports in the sidebar
- Click Generate Report
- Select the date range and brands to include
- Wait for the report to be generated
Report Contents
A typical report includes:
- Visibility summary — Overall visibility score and trend
- Per-prompt breakdown — Visibility scores for each tracked prompt
- Citation analysis — Top cited sources and domain breakdown
- Competitor comparison — How your brand compares to tracked competitors
- Recommendations — Areas where visibility can be improved
Sharing Reports
Generated reports can be viewed directly in the browser via a shareable URL. This makes it easy to share results with team members or stakeholders who don't have an Elmo account.
