Brand Setup
Create your brand profile so Elmo knows what to track.
Your First Brand
After signing in for the first time, Elmo shows the Brand Onboarding screen. This is where you tell Elmo about your brand.
Enter your website URL (e.g. https://yourbrand.com) and click Continue. Elmo creates your brand profile and redirects you to the dashboard.
What Elmo Extracts
From your website URL, Elmo identifies:
- Brand name — Parsed from your site's metadata
- Primary domain — The domain you entered
- Industry context — Used to generate relevant prompts in the next step
Managing Brand Details Later
After initial setup, you can update your brand's details in Settings → Brand:
- Name — Your brand name as it should appear in AI responses
- Website — Your primary website URL
- Domains — Additional domains associated with your brand
- Aliases — Alternative names or spellings AI models might use
Multiple Brands
In local deployment mode, Elmo operates as a single-organization instance. For multi-brand support, see the White Label deployment mode.
