Elmo can generate comprehensive AI visibility reports that summarize your brand's performance across all tracked prompts and AI models.

## Generating a Report [#generating-a-report]

Reports are accessible from the sidebar under the **Reports** section (available to admin users). To generate a report:

. Navigate to **Reports** in the sidebar
. Click **Generate Report**
. Select the date range and brands to include
. Wait for the report to be generated

## Report Contents [#report-contents]

A typical report includes:

* **Visibility summary** — Overall visibility score and trend
* **Per-prompt breakdown** — Visibility scores for each tracked prompt
* **Citation analysis** — Top cited sources and domain breakdown
* **Competitor comparison** — How your brand compares to tracked competitors
* **Recommendations** — Areas where visibility can be improved

## Sharing Reports [#sharing-reports]

Generated reports can be viewed directly in the browser via a shareable URL. This makes it easy to share results with team members or stakeholders who don't have an Elmo account.
