Embedding
A numeric representation of text that lets a model compare meaning and find related content.
An embedding turns a piece of text into a vector, a list of numbers, so that similar meanings sit close together. Engines use embeddings to retrieve the documents most relevant to a query.
You do not optimize embeddings directly. You optimize the content behind them: clear, focused, well-organized text that captures a topic cleanly.
